Indeed the true test of good vegetarian food is when you don’t even notice meat is missing. During this one day course we will discuss the importance of sourcing your vegetables and look at the pros and cons of eating vegetables that are in season. We will cook a variety of different dishes and show you how you can make vegetarian meals a main part of your diet.
