Kinsale is world famous for its seafood! This course will give any enthusiastic home cook the confidence needed to prepare amazing seafood dishes. We will cover how to fillet and cook different types of fish. We will be working with fresh fish from Kinsale waters including shellfish, round fish and flat fish. Students will be shown how to make classic sauces and we will also give you pointers on how best to source and identify fresh fish.
You will then enjoy dinner with a glass of wine.
