Kinsale is world famous for its seafood! This course will give any enthusiastic home cook the confidence needed to prepare amazing seafood dishes. We will cover how to fillet and cook different types of fish. We will be working with fresh fish from Kinsale waters including shellfish, round fish, flat fish and expose students to the pleasure of preparing sushi. Students will be shown how to make classic sauces, stocks and we will also give you pointers on how best to source and identify fresh fish.
You will then enjoy dinner with a glass of wine.
