A really nice sauce can make or break a dish. There is an art to getting the right balance of flavour when making sauces. During this demo we will show you how to make stocks, hollandaise sauce, béarnaise sauce, red wine jus, white wine veloute, an aioli and a pesto. You will receive tasting of all the sauces and David will advise you on which sauces work well in certain dishes
