Everyone is on a health kick for January. It usually begins with people clearing out all the junk food out of the fridge and cupboards. Next step; strict rules and resolutions are put in place. No more take-aways, no more fried food, no more gluten, no more carbs…… the list is endless. Before you know it, you are left with a limited amount of dishes to cook and eating becomes a chore instead of the most exciting part of the day.
We do not believe in resolutions. Complete waste of time, we reckon. More oftent than not, they only set you up for a fall when you get fed up of all the restrictions. Instead we think people should expand their cooking reportoire and learn how to cook their favourite foods, but in a healthy way.
